Asthma occurs due to inflammation of the airways
caused by too responsive to a stimulus. As a result, the airways become narrow
and exacerbated by mucus. Patients will feel difficulty to breathe, especially
when exhaling.
Asthma can be caused by allergies and
psychological pressure. The signs are seen difficulty in breathing with periods

1. Reassure the patient
2. Help the patient to sit and rest

5. Keep sufferers away from the source of
allergy

immediately take to the medical services
7. If unconscious, immediately take it to the
medical service
8. Do not force the patient to sleep supine
because they are more comfortable in a seat
9. Do not ask many questions in patients,
because usually he is difficult to speak
