That's a very professional article! I like fiber. When I was vegan I ate a lot of fiber, now I'm doing it again. It is very fun because you get to eat a lot of food while losing weight. Like if you eat mainly fiber foods, then it all exits you before making you fat. Like staying in you forever smoldering and making toxic babies with your body. Also it gives you a lot of nutrients. But if you eat mainly fiber then the food just leaves without having the fat stay in you and all of that. Such as avocodos, they are fattening. But if you eat mainly foods that are grown you could eat anything of them and it wouldn't make you fat. At least that's what I found out in high school. healthy life
