Tapeworm Diet
Beginning in the early 20th century, the tapeworm is marketed as an
improved diet for people who struggle with weight loss. The diet is pretty
obvious, you eat the worm (or pills that help the worm grows inside your body)
and then the worm will help you reduce your appetite and makes it possible to
lose weight. Once you reach the desired weight, you take medicine to kill
worms. That's not a diet, but a disease.
Soup Diet
This diet requires that you only eat soup. The cabbage soup is the most
popular at that time. Along the day you will only eat soup. This may look
healthy. But, the reality is not. You need other nutrients that are important
to your body. The diet will reduce the amount of calories, but chances are your
weight will go up again very high.
Orange Juice Diet
In this diet you can eat anything without any restrictions. You can eat
protein and fat, then you eat 64 ounces of orange juice per day. There is no
research that shows this diet can reduce your weight.
Baby Food Diet
Baby food diet was created by popular trainer Tracey Anderson, who has
coached stars like Gwyneth Paltrow, Kate Hudson and Jake Gyllenhaal. In this
diet, you should eat up to 14 jars of baby food per day. Then, you can have
dinner if you want. This diet got a lot of criticism, because baby food is low
in calories and too few nutrients for adult sizes.
