Limit the Alcoholic Beverages

Exercise

Eat Vegetables


Of course the food also affects your blood pressure. Replace fried foods and fatty foods and choose healthy foods, like vegetables. Three to five portions of vegetables per day can help control your blood pressure.

Maintain a Normal Weight


Normal weight not only make you look attractive, but also against hypertension. People who have a body weight above 30 percent ideal body weight, have a higher risk of hypertension. Achieve and maintain a body mass index of less than 25 in order to keep blood pressure controlled.
