During Ramadhan, Muslims around the world must
fasting. Well, during the fast fluid intake would reduced. The result is, the
body become weak and dehydrated. What should we do? Here are simple tips to
prevent dehydration during fasting :
1. Reduce the intake of caffeine. Caffeine makes the body
more dehydrated. As a result, the faster you will be thirsty.
2. Eat foods that contain lots of fluids. You can choose foods
that have high water content. For example, watermelon, melon, cucumber, and
tomatoes.
3. Drink plenty of water after the break and
dawn. But do not
overdo it! Slow but regularly.
Let's identify the common symptoms of
dehydration:
1. Flagging
2. Fatigue
3. Dizziness
4. Fainting
5. Muscle Cramps
6. Low Blood Pressure
7. Constipation
Fasting can make your body become healty. However, we
also must know how to maintain health during fasting. Holy month of Ramadhan
giving a blessing to every Muslim around the world. So, always keep the the
intake of nutritious foods and exercising diligently during fasting.
