1. Enough sleep and rest
Sleep and rest are not always identical to
each other. You can just wake up in a fresh state, even after sleeping for

3. Eat conundrum food
Nowadays, many people are only interested in
food which can help you lose weight. So, what about foods that can help hone
the sharpness of the brain?
Almonds, nuts, seeds, eggs, and fish are some
of the best brain foods available to you. These foods can fit into your
low-calorie diet.
4. Challenge yourself
You may already feel amazing in terms of
intelligence. But still not satisfied with your intelligence. To improve
quality of the brain, you have to constantly challenge yourself. The most fun
is to play puzzles, word games and memory games. But, basically you need
to improve intelligence by having a healthy and energetic lifestyle.
