most women is breast cancer.
To avoid this there are 3 habits that should not be done because it proved to
increase the risk of breast cancer.

with good quality and reasonably could reduce the risk of developing an
aggressive form of breast cancer. Therefore make sure always get adequate rest
periods.
2. Drink 3 Glasses of Wine
Drinking a glass of wine a day has been shown
to prevent some diseases, but if consumed in excess it can have the opposite
effect. The study found that consumption of 7-14 glasses a week can increase
the risk of breast cancer by 60 percent.
3. Too often Relax on the Sofa
Relaxing on the sofa after a long day is
needed by the body, but if done too often even to spend the time to exercise it
can have a bad effect, one of them is to increase the risk of breast cancer.
This condition not only causes obesity, but
