to sleep on the plane, rest your body. But if you go during the day, you have
to stay awake. That said Peterson.
If you have trouble sleeping after you arrive,
it is useful to take melatonin supplements.
"What this does is allow your natural
circadian rhythm to re-balance itself," said Peterson.
